Generative Bionics, based in Genova, Italy, seeks a Head of Industrialization to lead end-to-end industrialization of humanoid robotic platforms. You will shape the Make and Buy strategy, govern a cross-functional industrialization organization, and partner with Product Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure scalable production readiness.

The role requires deep hands-on engineering leadership, experience across tooling, equipment, supplier development, and a strong focus on

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience across Industrialization/Manufacturing/Process/Equipment Engineering roles.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience taking products from prototype through pre-series, SOP, and ramp-up.
• Proven Make-or-Buy strategy experience and supplier development capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of DFMEA/PFMEA, APQP/PPAP, process validation, and control plans.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the overall industrialization strategy for humanoid robotic platforms (Make and Buy).
• Build and develop the Industrialization & Engineering organization, defining roles and processes.
• Translate roadmaps into master plans covering processes, tooling, facilities, and capital investment.
• Establish scalable operating models for prototyping to serial production and ramp-up.
• Serve as the primary industrial interface among Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and external partners.
• Set priorities, budgets, and execution plans across multiple product programs.
