Technogym seeks a proactive Product Industrialization Engineer to join our HQ in Cesena, Italy. The role focuses on developing mechanical solutions, DFMA-driven cost reductions, and ensuring design for manufacturing alignment across departments.

You will work in a cross-functional team, collaborating with R&D, process engineering, and suppliers to deliver new products and maintain lifecycle viability. On-site presence is required.

Competenze

• Mechanical, manufacturing engineering background required.
• Experience with DFMA and DTC/DTR/DFQ concepts preferred.
• Willingness to travel for business trips.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and assembly processes.

Mansioni

• Develop and design mechanical solutions in collaboration with internal departments and suppliers.
• Re-engineering to cost reduction and problem solving.
• Define technical standard solutions for new products to achieve quality, safety and cost targets.
• Promote DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly).
• Identify new solutions, technologies or suppliers.
• Advance innovative product packaging and logistics efficiency for unpacking experience and warehouse handling.
• Coordinate between R&D and Process Engineering for optimal manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with product development, style center, marketing, purchasing, and logistics teams.
