Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking an Industrialization Leader to drive configuration management, product stewardship, and continuous improvement across a complex engineered product environment. You will coordinate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, Program Management and Product Management to ensure execution discipline and alignment with lifecycle objectives.

This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, decision clarity, and accountability across multiple teams

Competenze

• Engineering or supply chain background with experience supporting complex engineered products or systems.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, Program Management, and Product Management.
• Understanding of configuration management, engineering change processes, product lifecycle support, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across multiple functions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, facilitation, and decision-making skills.

• Configuration Management: maintain visibility of product configurations and ensure traceability across design, manufacturing and service.
• Product Stewardship: facilitate decisions on product changes, quality concerns, and operational readiness.
