Job summary

ICEL, a long-standing player in switchboard manufacturing, seeks a proactive Sales Manager to grow industrial accounts in Lombardy. You will leverage ICEL’s base and your network to win new business, manage opportunities, and guide customers from initial contact to order.

You will engage with installers and EPC contractors, translate customer needs into tailored quotations, and work with engineering teams to secure orders while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of LV/MV switchboards and their industrial applications.
• Sales experience in the sector with a track record among industrial customers, installers and/or EPC contractors.
• A professional customer network to develop alongside ICEL’s portfolio.
• The drive to meet customers, build relationships and nurture opportunities over the medium and long term.
• Autonomy, a structured approach to opportunities and a focus on order intake targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop new industrial customers, installers and/or EPC contractors through regular meetings and visits.
• Expand your professional network alongside the customer portfolio and opportunities provided by ICEL.
• Support ICEL’s qualification with new customers, understanding their purchasing processes, technical needs and projects.
• Identify and clarify LV/MV requirements, working with proposal and engineering teams on targeted quotations.
• Manage opportunities and negotiations through to orders, working towards sales goals.
