Alstom in Vado Ligure, Italy, seeks a motivated Methods & Tools Industrial Quality Engineer to drive non-conformities on purchased parts and act as the primary interface between site and Supplier Quality. You will lead containment, re-feeding, and NCR actions, coordinate with suppliers, and participate in process reviews and audits.

The role requires experience in Quality or Production, knowledge of Alstom tools, and English proficiency. Railway experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Experience within Quality or Production.
• Knowledge of Alstom tools (PDM, 3D viewer, SAP (GSI), Supplier Quality).
• English language proficiency. Also railway experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Characterize defects on purchased parts and write NCR reports.
• Secure the production line by mapping parts and restricting access.
• Organize line re-feeding with conform parts within takt-time.
• Coordinate containment activities with supplier and internal teams.
• Block stock for non-conform parts as needed.
• Define inspection criteria and request ERP keys for incoming inspection.
• Create NCRs in ERP and Supplier Quality Portal.
• Coordinate supplier rework activities and reviews.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings with stakeholders.
• Support containment plans and root cause communication.
