Alstom in Vado Ligure, Italy, is seeking an enthusiastic Methods & Tools Industrial Quality Engineer to join the Quality team on site. The role focuses on driving non-conformities for purchased parts, containment, and interface with Supplier Quality to secure manufacturing lines.

The candidate will manage NCRs, organize containment actions, and contribute to supplier quality improvements through ERP/SQP processes, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration within a global mobility

Competenze

• Experience within Quality or Production.
• Knowledge of Alstom tools (PDM, 3D viewer, SAP (GSI), Supplier Quality).
• Railway experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Characterize defects on purchased parts (5W2H) and write NCRs to limit production disturbances.
• Secure the production line ensuring no defective parts are used.
• Organize re-feeding with conform parts within line takt-time.
• Lead containment activities and coordinate with suppliers.
• Create Non-conformity reports in ERP and SQP.
• Notify NCRs to suppliers via Supplier Quality Portal.
