Alstom in Savigliano, Italy, seeks a Method Engineer to define and validate the detailed manufacturing process for new products. You will drive documentation, master data, and time estimates while supporting continuous improvements and industrialization of changes.

Responsibilities span from early design through serial production, including ERP routings, tooling specifications, and validation activities. English communication required; railway industry experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Technical education in electrical, mechanical or welding.
• English reading, writing and speaking.

Mansioni

• Define and validate the manufacturing process for a new product.
• Prepare industrial documentation and set master data for the manufacturing method.
• Drive continuous improvement actions and industrialize product and process changes.
• Estimate Method Time and validate tooling as needed.
• Develop ERP routings, Work Instructions and Inspection Instructions.
• Validate product design and industrialization through FAR and FAI.
• Industrialize retrofit after engineering changes and support production to meet QCD targets.
