Alstom is seeking an Industrialization Engineer based in Italy to industrialize maintenance and modernization activities, ensuring on-time deliverables. You will lead documentation development, BOM and process layouts, and drive training and continuous improvement across regional units.

The role requires 2–5 years in rail, fluent EN/IT, and strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Travel to depots and sites is expected as part of the role.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of experience, preferably in railway industry.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and drawings.
• Experience with methods engineering and creating manufacturing/maintenance work instructions.
• ERP experience for BOMs, routings and configuration follow-up (SAP).
• Knowledge of quality and health & safety standards.
• Proven ability to innovate and manage change.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong teamwork, organizational and planning capabilities.
• Willingness to travel ~50% to depots or other Alstom sites.

Mansioni

• Lead the industrialization of technical documentation following standard processes and line guidelines.
• Create macro-processes, work instructions, BOMs and layouts for production and maintenance.
• Define training plans on industrial topics and special processes.
• Validate industrial deliverables on site with maintenance execution.
• Support APSYS implementation within the Industrial Roadmap.
• Ensure railway safety and EHS standards are respected.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency, quality and safety.
• Adapt processes for design changes, obsolescence and fleet maintenance needs.
• Collaborate in Change Board reviews to reduce non-quality and improve safety.
