Deutsche Post DHL Group in Italy is seeking an Industrial Projects Manager - Project Logistics to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale multimodal projects from tender to close-out, steering planning, risk mitigation, and compliance.

You will drive commercial management, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, oversee vendor relations, HSSE standards, and mentor field teams while maintaining tight timelines and budget control.

Experience in contract management and HSSE compliance.

Mansioni

Oversee end-to-end delivery of industrial project logistics from tender to close-out.
Lead planning, route studies, feasibility assessments, transport engineering, and risk mitigation.
Approve method statements, lifting plans, and HSSE documentation; ensure compliance with technical, safety, and contractual requirements.
Lead budgeting, cost control and major procurement decisions; support tender preparation and client presentations.
Serve as senior point of contact for clients, EPCs, OEMs and partners; conduct reviews and escalations.
Oversee relationships with heavy-lift carriers, vessel owners, and subcontractors; evaluate performance and approve major subcontracting.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, HSSE standards; lead risk assessments and mitigation for high-risk cargo moves.
Supervise and mentor Industrial Projects Specialists and field teams; promote safety and continuous improvement.
Deep expertise in multimodal project logistics, heavy-lift operations, and chartering.
