Deutsche Post DHL Group in Salerno, Italy seeks an Industrial Projects Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale project logistics from tender to close-out, coordinating planning, risk mitigation, and compliance across multimodal networks.

You will oversee budgeting, vendor relations, and client engagements with EPCs and OEMs, while mentoring field teams and ensuring safety, performance, and on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial project logistics or related field.
• Experience delivering multimodal, heavy-lift, high-risk cargo projects.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, HSSE frameworks, and transport engineering.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects under tight timelines.
