Deutsche Post DHL Group seeks a senior Industrial Project Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large multimodal projects from tender through close-out in Udine, Italy.

You will drive planning, risk mitigation, and compliance while managing budgets, procurement, and client presentations. The role requires leadership of field teams, strong vendor relations, and deep HSSE/regulatory knowledge across high-risk cargo moves.

Competenze

• Experience in end-to-end industrial project logistics and P&L ownership.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, HSSE frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership in large multimodal projects and complex vendor networks.
• Experience with tendering, client presentations, and budgeting.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of industrial project logistics from tender to close-out.
• Oversee project planning, route studies, feasibility assessments, and risk mitigation.
• Approve method statements, lifting plans, and HSSE documentation; ensure compliance with requirements.
• Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and major procurement decisions; support tender prep and client pitches.
• Act as senior client contact with EPCs, OEMs, and partners; drive SLA/KPI adherence.
• Oversee relationships with carriers and subcontractors; evaluate performance and terms.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and risk assessments for high-risk cargo moves.
• Mentor and supervise field teams; promote safety and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in multimodal logistics, heavy-lift operations, and chartering.
