Deutsche Post DHL Group is seeking a Senior Industrial Projects Logistics Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex multimodal projects, from tender to close-out. You will steer planning, risk mitigation, and compliance while mentoring field teams and aligning with global HSSE standards.

The role demands deep expertise in heavy-lift operations, chartering, and commercial management, with strong client engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

• Deep expertise in multimodal project logistics, including heavy-lift operations and chartering.
• Strong commercial acumen with project P&L experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Incoterms, HSSE frameworks, and transport engineering principles.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of industrial project logistics from tender to close-out.
• Lead project planning, route studies, feasibility assessments, transport engineering, and risk mitigation.
• Approve method statements, lifting plans, and HSSE documentation; ensure compliance with requirements.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, financial forecasting, and major procurement decisions; support tender preparation and client presentations.
• Serve as senior point of contact for clients, EPCs, OEMs, and partners; conduct reviews and SLA/KPI adherence.
• Oversee relationships with heavy-lift carriers, vessel owners, and subcontractors; evaluate performance and terms.
