Deutsche Post DHL Group in Bolzano, Italy, seeks an experienced Industrial Projects Logistics Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale multimodal projects. You will lead planning, risk mitigation, and commercial management while coordinating with clients, EPCs, OEMs, and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires deep expertise in heavy-lift operations, Incoterms, HSSE, and ERP systems, with a track record of mentoring field teams and delivering complex logistics

Competenze

• Experience delivering end-to-end industrial project logistics from tender to close-out.
• Ability to lead planning, route studies, feasibility assessments, transport engineering, and risk mitigation.
• Proven ability to approve method statements, lifting plans, and HSSE documentation; ensure compliance with technical, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, financial forecasting, and major procurement decision capabilities.
• Senior client-facing stakeholder management with EPCs, OEMs, and partners; reviews, escalations, and SLAs/KPIs adherence.

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of industrial project logistics from tender to project close-out.
• Lead project planning, route studies, feasibility assessments, transport engineering, and risk mitigation.
• Approve method statements, lifting plans, and HSSE documentation; ensure compliance with technical, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, financial forecasting, and major procurement decisions; support tender preparation and client presentations.
• Serve as senior point of contact for clients, EPCs, OEMs, and partners; conduct reviews, escalations, and SLA/KPI adherence.
• Oversee relationships with heavy-lift carriers, vessel owners, and subcontractors; evaluate performance and approve major subcontracting and terms.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, HSSE standards; lead risk assessments and mitigation for high-risk cargo moves.
• Supervise and mentor Industrial Projects Specialists and field teams; promote safety and continuous improvement.
• Deep expertise in multimodal project logistics, heavy-lift operations, and chartering.
• Strong commercial acumen with project P&L experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Incoterms, HSSE frameworks, and transport engineering principles.
• Proficiency with logistics ERP systems (SAP, CargoWise, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects under tight timelines.
