Cushman & Wakefield cerca uno Specialista Industriale & Logistica per sviluppare e gestire portafoglio clienti nei mercati industriali e logistici, coordinando l’intero processo di brokerage e collaborando con team di ricerca e marketing.

Il ruolo richiede una forte competenza in negoziazione, capacità di lavorare in team e autonomia, con disponibilità a viaggiare. L’azienda offre sviluppo professionale, ambiente internazionale e pacchetto retributivo competitivo.

• Esperienza nel mercato immobiliare, preferibilmente industriale/logistico.

Mansioni

• Sviluppare e gestire il portafoglio clienti attraverso scouting, networking e consolidamento delle relazioni esistenti.
• Identificare nuove opportunità di business nei mercati industrial e logistica attraverso analisi di mercato e coinvolgimento proattivo dei clienti.
• Gestire l’intero processo di brokerage, dalla presentazione dei servizi alla negoziazione e chiusura delle transazioni.
• Preparare proposte commerciali e documentazione contrattuale mirate a ottenere mandati di marketing esclusivi.
• Produrre report e materiali di presentazione per clienti e investitori, sia in italiano che in inglese.
• Coordinare ispezioni e fungere da punto di contatto tra proprietari, sviluppatori e inquilini.
• Collaborare con il team di Ricerca per raccogliere dati di mercato e supportare la preparazione di report settoriali.
• Partecipare a eventi di settore e iniziative di marketing per rafforzare il posizionamento del brand e del team.

Job Title

Industrial & Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the client portfolio through scouting, networking, and the consolidation of existing relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities in the industrial, logistics, and data center markets through market analysis and proactive client engagement.
• Manage the full brokerage process, from service presentation to negotiation and transaction completion.
• Prepare commercial proposals and contractual documentation aimed at securing exclusive marketing mandates.
• Produce reports and presentation materials for clients and investors, both in Italian and English.
• Coordinate property inspections and act as a point of contact for landlords, developers, and tenants.
• Collaborate with the Research team to gather and analyze market data and support the preparation of sector reports.
• Participate in sector events and marketing initiatives to strengthen the positioning of both the brand and the team.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in Real Estate market, a focus on the industrial and logistics sector is preferred.
• Client focused and results driven mindset.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage projects.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of the Real Estate market and key trends in the industrial, logistics, and data center sectors.
• Proactivity, determination and flexibility, with an aptitude for working in dynamic environments.

Qualifications and Additional Requirements

• Expert in IT tools (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, data management platforms).
• Real Estate Agent License preferred, but not essential at entry.
• Driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel.
• University degree and/or specialization in fields related to Real Estate market.

Crediamo in un approccio aperto e trasparente alla retribuzione. Per questo ruolo, la RAL è compresa tra €42.000 e € 50,000. Il posizionamento dipenderà dall’esperienza, dalle competenze e dall’impatto che ci aspettiamo dalla persona nel ruolo. Le persone all’inizio del loro percorso si collocano tipicamente nella parte bassa del range, mentre profili con esperienza significativa e contributo immediato possono essere posizionati nella parte alta. In casi eccezionali, possiamo riconoscere condizioni superiori al range indicato, quando il valore atteso lo giustifica. Offriamo inoltre un pacchetto complessivo che, oltre ai benefit, può includere bonus in base alle performance ed alle policy aziendali.
