You will lead the Industrial & Logistics team, deliver valuation reports, and drive client service and business development in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have a 10-year track record in real estate valuation, be fluent in Italian and English, and hold RICS membership.

Competenze

• Background can be economic or technical.
• RICS membership is required.
• 10 years of experience in real estate valuation and related activities.
• Excellent financial analysis and report-writing skills.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Argus.
• Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken.
• Proactive, precise, detail-oriented and well-organized, able to work under tight deadlines.
