Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Industrial & Logistics Specialist in Lombardy. You will develop and manage a client portfolio, identify opportunities in industrial, logistics and data center markets, and oversee the full brokerage process from presentation to closure.

The role requires English fluency, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently. A university degree in Real Estate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate market with focus on industrial/logistics sectors.
• Fluent in English; strong negotiation and communication skills.
• University degree and/or specialization in Real Estate.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage the client portfolio through scouting and networking.
• Identify new business opportunities in industrial, logistics, and data center markets.
• Manage the full brokerage process from service presentation to transaction closure.
• Prepare commercial proposals and exclusive marketing documentation.
• Produce reports and materials for clients and investors in Italian and English.
• Coordinate property inspections and contact landlords, developers, tenants.
• Collaborate with Research to analyze market data and support sector reports.
• Participate in events and marketing to strengthen the brand and team.
