Qualificações

• A degree in business, finance, real estate or relevant qualification.
• Sound knowledge of the I&L scenario and proven experience/track records within Real Estate.
• Strong commercial experience and aptitude.
• Good working knowledge of Italian is essential; English is also required.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to establish and maintain long‑lasting client relationships with the JLL team.
• Ability to work toward objectives and strong interest in professional growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Canditates with experience in real estate brokerage and consultancy or similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Marketing existing products and developments and advising clients through negotiations.
• Meet clients, conduct property tours and engage with owners, developers, appraisers and brokers.
• Develop new business proposals and follow‑up materials (lease comparisons, market overviews, presentations).
• Provide clients with market information and maintain contact details and activity in databases.
