Cushman & Wakefield cerca uno Industrial & Logistics Specialist per gestire portafoglio clienti nel settore industriale e logistico a Milano. Il candidato identificherà opportunità, gestirà l’intero processo di brokerage e PRODurrà proposte e documentazione contrattuale.

Si richiede conoscenza approfondita del mercato immobiliare e ottima capacità di negoziazione. La figura interagirà con Landlord, sviluppatori e tenant, collaborando con Research per analisi di mercato.

• Esperienza nel mercato immobiliare con focus su industrial e logistica.

Responsabilités

• Sviluppare e gestire il portafoglio clienti tramite scouting, networking e consolidamento delle relazioni esistenti.
• Identificare nuove opportunità di business nei mercati industriali, logistici e data center tramite analisi di mercato e coinvolgimento proattivo dei clienti.
• Gestire l’intero processo di brokerage, dalla presentazione dei servizi fino alla negoziazione e chiusura della transazione.
• Preparare proposte commerciali e documentazione contrattuale per ottenere mandati di marketing esclusivi.
• Produrre rapporti e materiali di presentazione per clienti e investitori, sia in italiano che in inglese.
• Coordinare ispezioni delle proprietà e fungere da punto di contatto per proprietari, sviluppatori e inquilini.
• Collaborare con il team di Ricerca per analizzare dati di mercato e supportare la preparazione di rapporti di settore.
• Partecipare a eventi settoriali e iniziative di marketing per rafforzare la posizione del brand e del team.

Job TitleIndustrial & Logistics SpecialistJob Description SummaryJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the client portfolio through scouting, networking, and the consolidation of existing relationships.Identify new business opportunities in the industrial, logistics, and data center markets through market analysis and proactive client engagement.Manage the full brokerage process, from service presentation to negotiation and transaction completion.Prepare commercial proposals and contractual documentation aimed at securing exclusive marketing mandates.Produce reports and presentation materials for clients and investors, both in Italian and English.Coordinate property inspections and act as a point of contact for landlords, developers, and tenants.Collaborate with the Research team to gather and analyze market data and support the preparation of sector reports.Participate in sector events and marketing initiatives to strengthen the positioning of both the brand and the team.Skills and ExperienceExperience in Real Estate market, a focus on the industrial and logistics sector is preferred.Client focused and results driven mindset.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage projects.Fluent in English, spoken and written.Good knowledge of the Real Estate market and key trends in the industrial, logistics, and data center sectors.Proactivity, determination and flexibility, with an aptitude for working in dynamic environments.Qualifications and Additional RequirementsExpert in IT tools (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, data management platforms).Real Estate Agent License preferred, but not essential at entry.Driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel.University degree and/or specialization in fields related to Real Estate market.What We OfferThe opportunity to join a high-performing and growing team within a leading global firm.An international and stimulating work environment.Continuous learning and professional development programs.A competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience.Crediamo in un approccio aperto e trasparente alla retribuzione.
