Job summary

JLL in Milano is seeking a Senior Logistics Agent to reinforce our Industrial & Logistics Agency team. You will market existing products and developments, advise clients through negotiations to closing, and help develop new business proposals, market overviews and prospect presentations.

The role requires Italian and English proficiency, a business/finance/real estate degree, and strong relationship-building skills; MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance, real estate or relevant qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the I&L scenario and Real Estate experience.
• Strong commercial experience and aptitude.
• Good knowledge of Italian is essential.
• English is also required.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core real estate services and market products.
• Support clients through negotiations and closing.
• Develop new business proposals and client presentations.
• Maintain client databases and update online platforms.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Research and Professional Services teams.
