We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist to join our Industrial Engineering team and play a key role in the industrialization of new products and the continuous improvement of existing manufacturing processes. In this role, you will lead industrial engineering initiatives aimed at improving productivity, flexibility, ergonomics, quality, and operational efficiency within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Logistics, Operations, Procurement, and Maintenance to ensure successful product launches and sustainable process improvements.
Potential opportunities of international relocation (time based or project based) as part of a long-term career development path, after around three years in the role.
The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 50.000 € and 65.000 €.
You will have the opportunity to work on strategic product launches, advanced manufacturing technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives within an international and innovative industrial environment, contributing directly to the competitiveness and growth of our operations. The starting position will be based in Osimo Plant (Silver Award Plant) facing the interesting challenge of a new product platform development for 2028. The role will guarantee exposure at group level and further career development.
