We are looking for a Logistics Engineering Senior Specialist to join our Operations organization and lead the design, optimization, and transformation of logistics processes within our manufacturing plant. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in improving material flow efficiency, warehouse operations, inventory performance, and production logistics. You will work at the intersection of Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, and Continuous Improvement, contributing directly to operational excellence and business performance.
As Logistics Engineering Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal and external logistics processes, ensuring efficient material flow from raw material receipt through warehouse operations and production supply. You will support logistics transformation through Lean Logistics principles, process digitalization, and automation initiatives, helping the organization achieve higher levels of productivity, service, and cost efficiency.

The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 50.000 € and 65.000 €.
