Ariston Group in Italy is seeking an Industrial Engineer to lead production projects from concept to implementation on a dedicated production line, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

The role requires 5-7 years in a similar metalworking setting, fluency in Italian and English, and the ability to manage complex BOM/MES systems and energy initiatives under the Road to 100 Ariston program.

Competenze

• Degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the metalworking sector.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

In your role as Industrial Engineer, you will lead key production projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and timelines. You will play a key role in improving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on a dedicated production line

Requirements
