Nidec Global Appliance is seeking a cost and controlling professional to manage monthly financial closing, variances analysis, and cost control across manufacturing operations in Lombardy. The role collaborates with Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales to ensure accurate GL reconciliations and inventory management.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in industrial controlling, strong Excel/SAP skills, and fluent English, with willingness to travel domestically within Italy.

Competenze

• Experience in cost accounting and/or industrial controlling in a manufacturing setting.
• Advanced use of Excel, Google Suite and SAP modules.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial controlling in a manufacturing plant.
• Proficient in English.
• Willing to travel domestically.

Main Responsibilities

• Monthly closing;
• Variances analysis with respect to standard costs of materials and of direct labor;
• Cost analysis and monthly reconciliation process with General Ledger;
• Monthly Inventory control and periodic physical inventory counts and related internal audit;
• Fixed Assets inventory mangement;
• Definition of strong standard operating procedures in line with corporate requirements and deadlines;
• Interaction with Operation, Purchasing, Logistic, Sales;
• Coordination with Global Shared Services center and Business Platform Controllers.

Requirements

• Technical training background preferred managerial engineering or business economy, a base experience in cost accounting and/or industrial controlling, gained in B2B manufacturing project-based or serial productions companies;
• Advanced use of Excel, Google Suite and SAP systems is required, with particular focus on industrial process management modules;
• 3/5 Years experience in Industrial controlling in a manufacturing plant possibly in a multinational environment;
• Proficient in English language is a must;
• Available for domestic travel.

Contractual & Corporate Compensation

• Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time.
• Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary / RAL): €41,000 – €52,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with the actual experience gained and the technical skills assessed during the selection process.
