Ingersoll Rand Compressor Systems & Services in Italy seeks an Industrial Controller at the Vignate Plant. This hands-on role combines accounting discipline with deep operational costing analysis to drive smarter manufacturing decisions and strengthen internal controls.

You will lead cost/variance analysis (material, labor, overhead), inventory and asset accounting, and month-end close, while improving data integrity and reporting for production performance.

Competenze

• 3+ years of SAP FI CO proficiency and standard cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with product cost analysis and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Knowledge of Italian accounting/tax regulations and US GAAP.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and SOX control capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Italian with ability to work cross-functionally.

Mansioni

• Standard costing and material cost definitions; cost view for buy/make/subcontract items.
• Coordinate annual costing run and chase material variances and PPV reporting.
• Validate and analyze work order costs across production, remanufacturing, and aftermarket units.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close with internal controls and reporting.
• Collaborate with RTR/AP Shared Service Center and other functional teams.
