Valentino in Scandicci (FI), Italy, invites applications for an Industrial Controller who will focus on industrial cost control, budgeting, forecasts and monthly profitability reporting.

You will oversee inventory movements, direct labour cost analysis and KPI development, supporting production performance with accurate accounting and proactive analysis.

Requirements include 1–2 years in a similar role, a degree in Economics or Management Engineering, strong Excel skills and good English.

Competenze

• 1/2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Good command of the English language.
• Knowledge of industrial accounting principles and variance analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset.

Mansioni

• Ensure all activities related to industrial cost control, including monitoring material purchases and analysing direct labour costs and production efficiency.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting, with a strong focus on profitability and variance analysis.
• Oversee inventory accounting and prepare reports on warehouse accounting movements and industrial accounting (raw materials, semi-finished goods and accessories).
• Supervise inventory counts of raw materials and finished products.
• Analyse and monitor production performance indicators.
• Develop KPIs to support business analysis.
