Brunswick Marine is seeking an experienced Commercial Agent for the Central & Southern Italy region. You will promote our marine product portfolio to existing and new B2B customers, manage relationships, and drive sales through a structured approach to pricing and customer development.

The role is an independent commission-based position. You will operate remotely with your own organization, travel within Italy, and attend quarterly meetings in The Netherlands.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a commercial agent or sales professional in a B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Italian marine/boating market.
• Excellent customer network and ability to open doors.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial discipline.
• Professional autonomy, reliability and long-term mindset.
• Ability to work with structured pricing policies and company sales conditions.
• Fluent Italian and good English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell the product portfolio to B2B customers.
• Identify, approach and onboard new customers in the assigned territory.
• Visit customers regularly and manage relationships in a professional way.
• Generate qualified leads and follow up on opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence: pricing trends and customer feedback.
• Support the sales process by collecting orders and transmitting them for validation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
• Contribute to annual sales planning and business development priorities.
