Group O is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to provide efficient, courteous responses to customer questions from Milan. This full-time role focuses on handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining account information while delivering high-quality service.

You will troubleshoot using available resources, build rapport with customers, and maintain product knowledge to support satisfaction and loyalty.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
