Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking a technically skilled professional to deliver Industrial Lifetime Solutions services in Italy.

You will perform on-site and remote services, develop proposals, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with ILS Sales to strengthen customer relationships. The role requires a technical degree, ISO 18436-2 certification is a plus, and a strong background in condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.

Qualifications

Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
ISO 18436-2 Category I certification or higher is beneficial.
Background in solving engineering problems with condition monitoring / predictive maintenance knowledge.
Strong communication skills to explain findings to varied audiences.
Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel extensively (>70%).
Optional: knowledge in advanced condition-monitoring methods.

Responsibilities

Deliver expert services across industries (Oil & Gas, Cement, Raw Materials, etc.).
Apply Schaeffler Lifetime Solutions portfolio (SmartCheck, ProLink, OPTIME, lubricants, etc.).
Handle service tickets, remote monitoring, and on-site services including installations and inspections.
Prepare customer reports and develop solution proposals with bills of materials.
Support customer development by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and qualified leads.
