The World Food Programme (WFP) in Rome seeks an IT Solution Architect (Identity Management) to lead the beneficiary services agenda within its Technology Division. You will manage a team delivering IT solutions, advise on development and procurement, and analyse complex business challenges to propose innovative platforms such as SCOPE.

Competenze

• Advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluency in English mandatory; minimum one other UN official language beneficial.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible IT experience; eight years if no advanced degree.

Mansioni

• Lead the lifecycle of IT solutions from analysis through maintenance and evolution.
• Design software architecture and data models with emphasis on security and performance.
• Ensure CI/CD practices, testing, monitoring, and backups meet WFP standards.
• Coordinate with enterprise architecture, operations, and product management.
• Provide training and guidance to development teams and end-users.
