CNH Industrial in Modena, Italy, seeks a Vehicle Performance & Fluid Power Virtual Analysis Engineer to support next‑gen off‑road vehicles. You will lead virtual simulations, MBSE approaches and multidisciplinary modeling across powertrain, driveline, hydraulics and electrified systems.

The role emphasizes early-phase concept studies, system optimization and collaboration with global engineering teams to accelerate development and reduce risk.

Competenze

• Master's degree in mechanical, automotive, energy or aerospace engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional industry experience in off-road, agriculture, construction, automotive or commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge of vehicle performance, powertrain, driveline and energy management principles.
• Knowledge of fluid power systems: hydraulic architectures, subsystems, components, efficiency and power losses.
• Knowledge of hybrid and electrified off-road vehicle architectures, vehicle energy management and alternative fuel technologies (HVO, Biodiesel, LNG, CNG, Hydrogen)
• Knowledge of simulation environments such as AMESim, MATLAB/Simulink and other engineering analysis tools.
