CNH Industrial in Modena, Italy, is seeking a Driveline System Analysis and Method Eng. You will join a core expert team, handling design, simulation, and validation for driveline components within a global context.

Responsibilities include system analysis, durability optimization, and coordinating with suppliers and universities. A Master/PhD in mechanical engineering with 3+ years' experience and strong English skills are expected, with CREO proficiency and Matlab/Amesim knowledge.

Competenze

Master's or PhD in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in transmission design and simulation.
Good level of English, written and spoken.
Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD (CREO).

Mansioni

Perform system analysis and design on driveline components (gears, bearings, splines, shaft).
Perform durability simulations and optimization.
Analyze driveline system performance.
Model Dynamic Multibody 1D simulations.
Develop methods for design and simulation.
Manage simulation activities related to tractor transmission.
Build technical knowledge of CNH transmission.
Develop partnerships with external suppliers for driveline components.
Develop Universities partnerships and manage PhD students.
