CNH Industrial Group in Modena, Italy, is seeking a Driveline & Fluid Power Lead Test Engineer to define test plans (DVP) and coordinate validation activities for future tractor production. You will interface with design, test engineers and program management to deliver milestones.

You will lead test planning, prioritize tests, secure resources, analyze data, and drive safety and efficiency across the validation team, with readiness to travel offshore as needed.

Competenze

• Proven ability to define validation plans and manage execution.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Experience in project management/scheduling methods.
• Experience with tractors or agricultural equipment is preferred.
• Technical leadership to guide validation processes and discussions.
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed.
