CNH Industrial is seeking a Vehicle Performance & Fluid Power Engineer to join our team in Modena, Italy. You will support development of next-generation off-road vehicles, conducting concept simulations and virtual analyses to guide architecture decisions across powertrain, hydraulics, electrification and vehicle systems.

You will lead modeling efforts, optimize energy balance, evaluate driveline efficiency, and collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver robust, efficient solutions

Competenze

• Master's degree in mechanical, automotive, energy or aerospace engineering.
• 3–5 years of professional industry experience in off-road/agr/construction vehicles.
• Knowledge of vehicle performance, powertrain, driveline and energy management.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and fluid power.
• Knowledge of hybrid and electrified off-road vehicle architectures, energy management and alternative fuels.
• Knowledge of simulation environments such as AMESim, MATLAB/Simulink and other engineering analysis tools.
• MBSE exposure would be an advantage.
• Advanced optimization techniques and data analytics exposure.

• Support vehicle target setting and requirements definition.
• Perform vehicle-level powerflow and energy balance analyses.
• Assess driveline efficiency, traction and operational performance.
