CNH Industrial in Modena, Italy, seeks a Driveline & Fluid Power Test Engineer to design, conduct and document tests covering mechanical, electro-mechanical and hydraulic systems for driveline validation. You will lead complex test programs, collaborate with global teams, and apply state‑of‑the‑art validation methods.

The role requires a Bachelors in engineering, hands-on mechanical skills, and 2+ years in transmissions/gearboxes lubrication.

• Bachelors' degree in engineering or technical field.
• Technical university graduation (Mech Engineering or similar).
• Hands-on mechanical skills required.

Mansioni

• Collect reliable information from colleagues for tests using state‑of‑the‑art methods.
• Plan, set up, operate, diagnose, and monitor driveline tests in laboratory, track or field environments.
• Drive the writing/upgrade of test procedures based on data analysis and specifications.
• Determine required test instrumentation, data acquisition and test control equipment.
• Lead lab staff and assist in installation, setup and operation of test automation and support equipment.
• Establish, follow and document lab test procedures.
• Determine if components/systems meet intended design criteria.
• Diagnose problems and implement corrective actions.
• Interface with Design Engineering and Materials Manufacturing teams.
• Collect and analyze test data, identify trends and write reports.
• Coordinate with Design Engineers and Simulations to validate driveline tests.
• Ensure tests are scheduled and completed for project milestones.
• Prioritize tests and plan accordingly.
• Coordinate with Test Cell Engineers for availability.
• Apply and improve safety procedures.
