Job summary

Tenova in Castellanza, Italy, is seeking a Proposal Engineer to support the preparation and coordination of technical offers, ensuring alignment with client requirements, internal standards, and cost estimates.

You will coordinate technical development, define layouts, assess risks, and collaborate with Proposal, Technical and Commercial Managers to validate and submit the offer, with Hybrid work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
Consolidated experience in a Proposal Engineering role.
Knowledge of CRM and SAP.
English fluent (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

Coordinate the technical development of proposals aligning client specs, standards and supplier input.
Define preliminary plant layouts complying with regulations and constraints.
Support risk analysis and identify technical and execution risks.
Interface with engineering to consolidate technical documents and scope.
Ensure alignment between technical scope and cost estimates.
Prepare technical documentation for final offer submission.
Collaborate with Proposal, Technical and Commercial Managers for final validation.
Provide feedback to R&D on product improvements and market monitoring.
