Sensormatic Solutions is part of Johnson Controls, seeking a Sales Assistant / Customer Engagement Manager in a hybrid role to support sales activities and nurture customer relationships. The role combines sales support, engagement, and account management to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused, delivering value at every step of the customer journey in a global multi-industrial environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years in sales support, customer success, customer engagement, account management, or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Mansioni

• Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational activities.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, presentations, and customer documentation.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data.
• Coordinate order processing and track customer requests.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Attend networking events with customers and promote a customer-centric culture.
