Sensormatic Solutions is seeking an energetic Sales Assistant / Customer Engagement Manager to support our sales activities, build lasting customer relationships, and drive growth in a hybrid role combining sales support, customer engagement, and account management.

You will prepare quotations, maintain CRM data, coordinate orders, and work with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• 2+ years in sales support, customer success, customer engagement, account management, or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce).

Mansioni

• Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational activities.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, presentations, and customer documentation.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data.
• Coordinate order processing and track customer requests.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Serve as primary contact for key customer questions and issues.
