Job summary

LuxExperience, including the YOOX division, seeks a talented Business Analyst to join the Retail Strategy & Planning team in Bologna. This hybrid, fixed-term 12-month role reports into the Retail Strategy & Planning Manager. Starting gross base salary is 32,000 EUR per year, with compensation varying by experience.

You will define commercial calendars, build dashboards, analyze data, and collaborate with product planning to maximize sales and profitability.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
Experience in Business Analysis or equivalent analytical roles, preferably in Retail.
Excellent analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and its key features.

Responsibilities

Support the definition and execution of the commercial calendar, including pricing strategies and promotional initiatives.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key business trends and provide actionable recommendations.
Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities to optimize sales performance and profitability.
Evaluate the effectiveness of major commercial initiatives (markdowns, promotions) and determine the best global mix.
Work with Product Planning to define a commercial plan for short and long-term targets.
Oversee and ensure accurate execution of strategic initiatives to maximize business value.
