SDA Bocconi School of Management is seeking a Program Management Specialist for its Executive Programs. The role links the School with participants and supports program organization to ensure a seamless experience for faculty and attendees.

The position requires a Master’s degree and 3–4 years in education management, with fluency in Italian and English. It offers a hybrid work arrangement in Milan within an international, quality-driven environment.

Competenze

• Master’s degree required.
• 3–4 years in education management, program coordination, training, customer service, or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Italian and English.
• International exposure through study/work abroad.
• Strong digital mindset and proficient in MS Office and digital learning platforms.

Mansioni

• Provide organizational support for Faculty and craft course experiences.
• Deliver outstanding participant experience throughout the Program.
• Manage teaching materials and the Program’s e-learning platform.
• Coordinate and oversee company visits, study tours, seminars, and events.
• Manage course evaluation procedures and analyze feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Administration and Logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
