SDA Bocconi School of Management, based in Milan with additional locations, is seeking a PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST for Executive Programs. You will support and champion executive education, acting as a vital link between the School and participants, coordinating program operations and faculty support.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 3–4 years in education management or related fields, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Master's degree required.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in education management, program coordination, training, customer service, or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Italian and English.
• International exposure through study, work, or relevant experiences abroad.
• Strong digital mindset and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a people-oriented mindset.
• Proactive problem solver, able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
• Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.

Mansioni

• Provide organizational support for Faculty, crafting course experiences and communications to participants.
• Deliver an outstanding participant experience throughout the program.
• Manage teaching materials and the program's e-learning platform, ensuring content quality and updates.
• Coordinate and oversee company visits, study tours, seminars and course events.
• Manage course evaluation procedures and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with central services (Marketing, Administration, Logistics) to ensure smooth delivery.
