Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Account Manager OEM to drive sales within the NW territory. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop account plans, and close opportunities with established clients.

Requirements include 5+ years in technology-based industrial automation sales, fluent Italian and English, a valid driving license, and OEM/machine builder experience. Total target compensation ranges from €71,040 to €106,560 annually with 70% base and 30% variable, in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in technology-based sales in the Industrial Automation area.
Sales experience in the OEM/machine builder business.
Fluent Italian and English; valid driving license.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement account plans for assigned accounts.
Lead Rockwell Automation resources to provide optimal solutions to customers.
Drive the sales process from opportunities to orders.
Collaborate with multiple sales teams for market reach and coverage.
Handle objections, manage pipeline, and negotiate profitable deals.
Coordinate pricing, product specs, warranties, and adaptations with cross-functional teams.
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and win new customers.
