Luigi Lavazza S.p.A. in Turin (Nuvola HQ) seeks an Italy Home Category & Business Development Specialist to help define and implement commercial strategies that expand market reach and maximize revenue.

You will conduct market research, support new market penetration, partnerships, and ensure sales force readiness with knowledge and tools, while collaborating with field teams under a hybrid work policy.

Formación

• Degree in Business Management, Trade Marketing or related fields.
• Experience as a Store Account is a plus.
• Strong ability to analyze market conditions, KPIs and trends.

Responsabilidades

• Performs market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and threats.
• Supports definition of commercial strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding product offerings.
• Explores new market segments and potential partnerships or acquisitions for business development.
• Assists management in defining knowledge, tools, and incentives to support commercial strategy.
