Job summary

Burger King Restaurants Italy is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support day-to-day technology operations across its Italian restaurant estate. You will coordinate incidents, oversee the external service desk, and work with vendors to improve service delivery while maintaining clear escalation paths.

The role requires hands-on IT experience, excellent communication with Restaurant Operations, and fluency in Italian with professional English.

Qualifications

Experience in IT support, IT operations, service delivery or vendor coordination within a multi-site environment.
Exposure to QSR, restaurants, hospitality or retail technology is valued.
Ability to coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders during operational issues.

Responsibilities

Support daily IT operations across approximately 350 Burger King and O’Tacos restaurants in Italy.
Coordinate incident identification, prioritisation, escalation and resolution.
Monitor service levels, incident volumes and recurring issues to highlight risks.
Take ownership of complex or cross-vendor incidents to drive resolution.
Keep Restaurant Operations informed during significant incidents or disruptions.
Coordinate multiple suppliers during incidents involving more than one component.
Monitor external service desk performance and flag gaps; participate in reviews.
Maintain knowledge of end-to-end restaurant technology environment.
Contribute to improving documentation, escalation processes and KPIs.
