Job summary

Burger King Restaurants Italia is seeking a detail-oriented Finance/Controlling professional to support the Controlling department with data gathering, analysis, and reporting. You will help monitor performance and assist strategic decision-making in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires a Finance/Economics degree, up to 1 year of related experience, strong Excel skills, and good English communication. Hybrid work arrangement and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in Finance/Controlling is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling abilities.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close by collecting and validating data from stores and departments.
• Analyze operating expenses such as rent, occupancy and G&A.
• Prepare regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Assist budgeting and forecasting at store and corporate level.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain deviations.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations and Marketing to improve data quality.
• Enhance reporting tools and dashboards for timely insights.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and cost-control initiatives.
