Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Operations, Customer Operations, Order Management, Service Administration or Billing.
• Education level comparable to a bachelor’s degree or high school diploma in Administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage service orders through system processing and execution.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer billing for contract and non-contract services.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support invoicing dispute resolution with Accounts Receivable, Sales, Finance and Operations.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of customer and contract data in systems.
• Work across CRM, ERP and service management platforms to execute activities and maintain data quality.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Field Service, Service Delivery, Finance and Support teams to resolve process and system-related issues.
• Support forecasting and reporting activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Act as primary point of contact between customers and internal teams for administrative topics.
