Ingersoll Rand in Vignate, Italy is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to manage Time & Attendance, payroll inputs, and HR administration activities in a hybrid setup.

You will collaborate with international payroll teams, validate payroll outputs, and support labor relations documentation with unions. The role requires 1–3 years HR payroll experience, Excel/HRIS proficiency, and English B2–C1. This position offers growth in a multinational environment.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, with focus on payroll and/or T&A processes.
• Experience working with external payroll providers and managing monthly payroll cycles.
• Strong Excel and HRIS knowledge.

Mansioni

• Collect, verify, and consolidate monthly payroll inputs (salary variables, attendance, absences, overtime, allowances).
• Monitor and validate data from T&A systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Support validation of pre-payroll drafts and final payroll outputs, resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the international Payroll team, handling tickets and escalations.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports (labor costs, FTEs, absenteeism, overtime).
• Prepare documentation, reports for meetings with employee representatives (RSU/RSA).
• Develop calculations, simulations and datasets to support negotiations and internal reviews.
