Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Sales Engineer for the Veneto region (Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige, Friuli-Venezia Giulia). The role focuses on developing long-term customer relationships, delivering total solutions for energy-efficient buildings, and driving service-based growth.

You will identify opportunities, present proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales quotas while supporting customers with value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial sales experience, preferably HVAC.
• Fluent Italian and English (B2 or higher).
• Strong selling skills and ability to deliver sales results.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics basics (refrigerant circuit, compressors).

Responsibilities

• Acquire customers and process orders for service products.
• Identify sales opportunities and coordinate proposals to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support customer growth and loyalty through continuous assistance.
• Present proposals and manage purchasing process with stakeholders.
• Track opportunities in the CRM and report results.
