Cap Ingelec is seeking an Electrical Construction Engineer based in Milan to coordinate and manage our electrical package on major industrial building projects. You will oversee site execution, lead subcontractors, and ensure compliance with budget, schedule, and QHSE commitments.
The role emphasizes leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in Italian and English. Travel across Italy is required, and work is predominantly on site.
As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projectsas aGeneral Contractor, we are seeking anElectrical Construction Engineerin Milan.
You willcoordinate and manage our construction projects, for Electrical (LV/MV)discipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will include for the electrical package:
Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
Supervising subcontractors,
Ensuring regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
Participate to site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
Ensuring compliance with HSE rules.
With an Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent), you have at least 8 years of experience as electrical construction engineer on industrial building projects.
Recognized for your leadershipand strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor,and a service-oriented mindsetand have developed proficiency in Italian and English.
Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are open to frequent travel across Italy.
