CAP INGELEC in Milan seeks an HVAC Construction Engineer for major industrial building projects as a General Contractor. You will coordinate and manage construction for HVAC & Mechanical disciplines from prep to handover, ensuring compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE commitments.

Based mainly on site with frequent travel across Italy, you will supervise subcontractors, manage on-site operations, monitor progress and scheduling, and maintain regulatory follow-up including

Competenze

• Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of HVAC construction engineering on industrial building projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; diplomacy and rigor.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Italy.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage HVAC & Mechanical package from prep to handover.
• Manage project execution, on-site operations, monitor progress, budget, and schedule.

As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking an HVAC Construction Engineer in Milan.

You will coordinate and manage our construction projects, for HVAC & Mechanical discipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include for the HVAC & Mechanical package :

• Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
• Supervising subcontractors,
• Ensuring regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
• Participate to site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
• Ensuringcompliance with HSE rules.

With a Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent), you have at least 8 years of experience as HVAC construction engineer on industrial building projects.

Recognized for yourleadershipand strong interpersonal skills, you combinediplomacy, rigor,and aservice-oriented mindsetand have developedproficiency in Italian and English.

Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are open to frequent travel across Italy.
