Job summary

Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. in Lodi, Italy, seeks an experienced Installation & Commissioning engineer for High Voltage Products to service customer sites locally and abroad. You will follow Hitachi Energy safety and integrity standards to deliver quality on time.

Responsibilities include installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, site acceptance testing, oil treatment, and troubleshooting. Fluent Italian and English, a technical degree, and willingness to travel 90–100% are required.

Qualifications

Technical diploma and/or degree.
Good knowledge of both Italian and English.
Experience in HV Products is a plus.
Ability to work independently and coordinate field technicians.
Flexibility and strong problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel 90–100%.

Responsibilities

Install and commission equipment and perform routine maintenance at customer sites.
Troubleshoot simple equipment issues and perform on-site testing and oil treatment as needed.
Prepare and sign off documentation with customer representatives.
Coordinate materials, parts and technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
Maintain good relationships with customers and report progress and issues.
